Italian Dresser and Nightstands: renovate your bedroom

Spring is always able to brings a desire for change to everyone of us, maybe in order to symbolize the passage from the cold season to the warm one and to remark that everything changes.

The bedroom is a place where there's a lot we can change; starting from the clothes inside your closet to bed linen and sheets. But the desire to renovate can be even more deep than that. If changing clothes and bed sheets is not enough for you maybe it's the right moment to start putting everything upside-down.

We can start slowly, maybe by changing some fabrics, adding a rug, taking out our flowered sheets and refreshing the atmosphere with some curtains. But, what can really help us creating a complete new look is changing elements such as nightstands and dressers, we just need a little bit of extra work!

In order to give a new look to our bedroom, is important to take into consideration three fundamental nightstands and dressers characteristics, which are: colours, materials and shapes. The great thing is that we can change all these elements without even changing the bed or the closet; simply because nightstands and dressers can be different from the other furniture of the environment, they will look great even if they don't carry the same style or design: the result will be extremely modern and we can proudly say to our guests we embraced a "Fusion" aesthetic!

If you want to give a touch of romantic style to your bedroom, at least one of the two nightstands can be in wrought iron, such as Adamo wrought iron nightstand or, if you want to express an extremely elegant and refined style, you can choose a couple of nightstands with hide leather fronts, as Alia nightstand with its soft and original line.

Shape is very important as well; if you're into something more original and uncommon, I suggest you take a look at Astro round lacquered bed group, with a modern shape and rounded lines, or maybe something reminding past ages, such as Chico baroque nightstand in solid wood.

If you're more practical and you're only looking for a surface top, we can think about something extremely simple but elegant at the same time, as Domino nightstand, but only if our bed is rather low. At the contrary, if we need to store a lot of stuff, we can look for something with wide drawers (if you have enough space that goes without saying!) or models with additional shelves, have a look at Dino wooden nightstand with glass shelf for example.

We can play with colours as well: choosing hues that are well uniformed with the rest of the room, or creating something completely in contrast. Playing with white and black opposites, or matching light and dark shades, creating in this way pleasant visual effects; you can also think about using different shades of the same colour.

With fresh fabrics and two brand new nightstands, your bedroom will become practically new!

Outdoor chaise longues and loungers: your garden like a seashore

If you want your porch or garden to make you feel like being on vacation, idly resting under the sun on the seashore of some far away island, well the first thing to do is to purchase an outdoor chaise longue or a lounger. Sure, it won't be the same, but at least you can create your small oasis of peace.

The beauty of a chaise longue or a lounger is that, just by sitting on it, next to a swimming pool, on your garden under the trees, or why not under a porch or veranda, you completely forget about the everyday life stress. Away from work, worries, traffic, smog, enjoying a wonderful sunny day, feeling the warm rays on your skin and letting the gentle summer breeze cuddling you, maybe while listening to good music and drinking a refreshing soda.

The choices concerning the aesthetic aspects are many: from the classic lounger, with adjustable parasol, to ergonomic chaise longues, specifically designed to rest every part of the body and realized with materials that can perfectly match outdoor sitting rooms and tables. Or again, if you prefer, why not choosing very particular seats, designed to furnish outdoor environments with a style and creativity usually uncommon for every other indoor environment, giving your garden or porch a specific and personal identity.

If the space you have available is not that big and you need to take into consideration also the moment where these loungers and chaise longues are going to be put away inside, you can think about choosing folding loungers or stackable chaise longues, useful if you need to contain the space used.

The wheels applied to outdoor loungers and chaise lounges make the movement easier, in this way you can follow the sun course quickly changing your position, while the padding used on cushions makes the seat even more comfortable.

The materials used, as I said, are the same used for any other outdoor furniture: extremely resistant to weather conditions, with a long lifespan and particularly easy to clean. Aluminium, wicker, resistant woods like teak, methacrylate, treated fabric or waterproof eco-leather: all these materials are easy to maintain and inalterable to sun or/and rain effects.

If you want to feel like being on the seashore, Spot outdoor aluminium lounger is perfect for you, enriched by an original round-shaped sunshade.

For an extremely comfortable rest I suggest you Asami outdoor waterproof lounger: soft, inviting, welcoming.

Give a touch of originality thanks to the particular style of Elitre outdoor double lounger in wicker and acrylic fabric, available with optional parasol: the shape is inspired by exotic plants, creating special atmospheres.
If you want the maximum of functionality, Paso Doble outdoor chaise longue in aluminium and fabric is stackable, in this way you can put away two or three units without taking too much space.
